The Right Turning Conch symbolizes the fame of the Buddha's teachings, which spread in all directions like the sounds of the conch trumpet. As one of the oldest ritual objects, it stood for femininity and as a musical offering. On the front is an engraving of an image of the Right-Turning Conch and on the back is engraved in Tibetan lettering translated as "right-turning conch." Measures 3/4 in. diameter and hangs on a 18 in. length gold chain with a hook-and-eye closure.
