Can Can I exchange an item?

You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt for another item of equal or greater value. Please e-mail us your Order ID number and the style number of the item you would like to order and you will receive a Return Authorization Number.
No exchange will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.

If you received a Me&Ro gift and would like to make an exchange, please e-mail or call us at 1.877.MEANDRO and we can assist you. In order to process the exchange, we will need either the order ID or the original purchaser’s full name to verify that the order was made online. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give a refund or credit if the cost of the exchange item is less than the original item or if the original purchaser cannot be verified.
