How do I purchase or redeem a Me&Ro OnlineGift Certificate?

Me&Ro Online Gift Certificates can be purchased in increments of $50 USD and will be emailed to the recipient. Simply visit our Gift Certificate page and select the amount from the pull down menu. Then enter in the recipient's name and email address. You can then complete the purchase through our shopping cart. Upon completion, you will receive an order confirmation and an email will be sent to the recipient notifying them that you have sent them a gift certificate. Me&Ro Online Gift Certificates can only be purchased with a credit or check card.

To redeem a Me&Ro Online Gift Certificate, just add items to your basket and place an order through our website. You will then enter the Gift Certificate Code included in your email in the appropriate field in the shopping cart and click "apply." The certificate will be immediately deducted from your order total. If you have more than one Gift Certificate Code, you can enter in additional codes in this field. If the value of this Gift Certificate is more than your purchase amount, the remaining funds will be available for your next order. If an order exceeds the amount of the online gift certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card.

If you are having trouble using your Online Gift Certificate to pay for an order, please be sure that you are entering the code exactly as it appears in your email, and that the code has not expired. Me&Ro Online gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be redeemed through the Me&Ro website or by calling 1.877.MEANDRO. Me&Ro Online Gift Certificates are not redeemable at any of our Me&Ro retail locations. Lost or stolen online gift certificates cannot be replaced.
