How can I have jewelry repaired?

If your jewelry is in need of repair, you may either visit a retail location or mail in your repair. If you mail back your repair, please follow the below instructions.

  1. Fill out our repair form
  2. Print form and include with your repair
  3. Package your jewelry securely in a hard box with the RA# you are issued clearly written on the outside of the box
  4. Mail back to us via a traceable and insured delivery service
  5. Ship to:

Within two weeks of the receipt of your repair you will be contacted with an estimated cost. Repair time is 4-10 weeks from the time we receive your repair. Replacements of half a pair of earrings will take 6-10 weeks and the existing half pair should be mailed to us for matching purposes.
