Can I return an item?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please email us your Order ID number to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.

For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

One-of-a-Kind & Limited Edition Return Policy
Select items from our One-of-a-Kind & Limited Edition collection are not eligible for a refund. However, you may exchange your item for an order of equal or greater value. Please e-mail or call us at 1.877.MEANDRO within 14 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
