Can I return an item?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail or call us at 1.877.MEANDRO within 14 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.

For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.
