Prayer beads are used in almost every religion today but their first use can be traced back to the Hindu religion. The lapis and matte black onyx beads used in the collection are evocative of some of the prayer beads seen in Indian temples. Flower caps are added and strung on wire or cord in different variations that can be worn alone or mixed together.
