Important Repair Update

For over 30 years, it has been our pleasure to care for your jewelry. As Me&Ro continues to evolve, we have decided to refine our services to focus on what we do best, designing and creating jewelry. 

To insure we can provide the highest quality of service, as of April 1^st 2026, we will no longer accept silver jewelry repairs. This change allows us to dedicate more time on creating new collections. We will honor all the repairs that we have in our shop presently.

Thank you for your loyalty and being part of our story for over 30 years. We will continue to create one-of-a kind pieces, fine jewelry collections, and custom work. Stay tuned. We are excited to show you what is next!

As jewelry lovers we all know how important your jewelry is. We’re here to help! If your jewelry is in need of repair, you can ship it to us:

Please fill out the repair form below and be as detailed as possible. Send in your jewelry to be repaired within 4 weeks of filling out the form. We do not hold repair forms for more than 1 month from when it is originally completed. 

Your jewelry should be packaged securely in a hard box and mail insured via UPS or FedEx. Please avoid sending through USPS as we’ve had problems receiving the packages. We are not responsible for any packages that are not shipped via the above methods.  

Overall repairs take between 8-14 weeks to complete. Depending on the complexity of your repair, it may take 3-5 weeks to determine the type of repair and the charge. We will email you an invoice for your repair within 3-5 weeks. Once paid, simple repairs ship within 8 weeks and more complex repairs within 14 weeks. 

We ask you to please be patient, as we are doing our best to process your repairs with the utmost care and quality and send it back to you in pristine condition.

If you choose not to move forward with your repair, there will be a $25 charge to ship your jewelry back to you. We are not responsible for any repairs left over 60 days.

We guarantee the quality of our jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. This is limited to normal wear and usage. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Beyond the warranty date, we would be happy to repair your Me&Ro jewelry for a charge.
