As jewelry lovers we all know how important your jewelry is. We’re here to help you. If your jewelry is in need of repair, you may mail in your repair.
Please fill out our repair form below and be as detailed as possible. After you fill out the form, print a copy and include it with your repair. Your jewelry should be packaged securely in a hard box and mailed back signature required via a traceable and insured delivery service to the address listed on the form. We are not responsible for any packages that are not shipped via the above methods.
Overall repairs take between 8-12 weeks to complete. Depending on the complexity of your repair, it may take 2-3 weeks to determine the type of repair and the charge. You will be emailed an invoice for your repair within that time. Once paid, simple repairs ship within 6 weeks and more complex repairs in 10 weeks.
We ask you to please be patient, as we are doing our best to process your repairs with the utmost care and quality and send it back to you in pristine condition.
If you choose not to move forward with your repair, there will be a $20 charge to ship your jewelry back to you and we are not responsible for any repairs left over 60 days.
We guarantee the quality of our jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. This is limited to normal wear and usage. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy repair your Me&Ro jewelry for a charge
